Faculty Information

The University Testing Center provides exam proctoring for UCCS students with approved disability accommodations or conflicts related to NCAA student athlete events, active-duty military orders, jury duty or Olympic Training Center student athlete events.

Student Procedure

Students registered with Disability Services should submit test appointment requests in DS Portal. For all other students who are requesting test proctoring, a Test Appointment Request form is required for staff review.

Instructor Responsibilities

Online exams via Canvas will not be administered by the University Testing Center.
Appointments are limited for specific student populations.
Professors have the responsibility to provide clear proctoring instructions and any information they plan to provide their class, including handouts, graphs, equations, extra credit, etc.
Completed exams will be uploaded to Instructor DS Portal for the faculty member by Disability Services.
