Instructor Responsibilities 

• Online exams via Canvas will not be administered by the University Testing Center. 
• Appointments are limited for makeup/early exams due to space and staffing limitations. 
• Prior permission from the instructor is required for the University Testing Center to proctor an exam on your behalf. 
• Professors have the responsibility to provide clear proctoring instructions and any information they plan to provide their class, including handouts, graphs, equations, extra credit, etc.
• Completed exams will be uploaded to Accommodate for the faculty member by Disability Services.

1.  Log-in to Accommodate with UCCS credentials. 
2. Select, “Room Bookings” to view room booking requests submitted by students.
   
3. Click on student name.
   

1. Select "Exam" next to Room Bookings
   
2. Click “Add New Exam” Answer all questions and upload exam file.
   
   
   • Please put any important information here that you want Disability Services to be aware of on this exam. 
3. Push "Submit" 
   

1. Log-in with UCCS faculty credentials at https://ucoloradosprings-accommodate.symplicity.com/
2. Click on Courses and select Course
   
3. Select Room Bookings and Approved
4. View/download Completed Exam under Student Name
